For many colleagues around the world, he was not only a teacher and mentor, but also a trusted friend, an inspiration and a generous source of knowledge and guidance.His professionalism, humanity and dedication to educating future generations earned him deep respect across the international community of phlebology.
The premature loss of Professor Rabe is a tragedy for the entire phlebology community.His legacy will continue to live on through his students, colleagues, scientific work and the countless patients, whose lives were improved by his contributions.
